Made-to-order item production time is generally 7-14 days.  14-21 for custom resin pieces due to curing processes. May be longer in the winter due to non heated workspace and us being located in Minnesota. The new heat for the office space is in the works.  Since  COVID19 there have been some delays on supplies arriving on time causing delays. I will always keep you informed if there is any delay in your order.  All products and intellectual properties of Dreamweaver Gifts are ours alone, unless otherwise stated  Any infringement, theft or copying of aforementioned properties can result in legal action.

Return Policy

There are no returns on custom items due to the consultation process you as the customer are involved in every step of the way.

Ready To Ship Items may be returned as long as I have been contacted within 3  business days of delivery and clear reasons and images have been provided that it was a faulty product. If damaged in shipping then a claim through the shipping insurance  for the cost of the item will be started. If it is something I can fix and/or replace (example chain of a necklace) that may be accommodated. This does not cover misuse of an item or abuse of an item. If images of the item in question are not sent refund or replacement (depending upon item) will be refused.
